Responsibilities:
Create BOQ ,technical specifications for infrastructure projects like roads, buildings, Infra structure etc.
Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Perform site assessments, surveys, and ensure compliance with regulations and environmental standards.
Select materials, estimate costs, and manage resources efficiently to avoid waste.
Prepare QAP, ensure construction as per QAP , follow best industrial quality standards , including protocols
Must ensure all the work is done as per industrial safety regulations at all sites
Prepare cost estimates for new capex and manage the project is completed in the approved budgets.
Work with stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project alignment and resolve technical and site issues.
Address engineering challenges during construction and post-construction phases
