Responsibilities:
Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices in accordance with internal standard scheduling procedures. • Ensures that an integrated schedule control process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided. • Complies to relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements • Composes reports and updates all required project data in Project Control systems / MS office and SAP for Management Information and Project Analysis. • Communicates project progress and control issues to project management team and offers solutions. • Analyzes project requirements with project team, checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules. • Create Project plans, set up billing plan, credit limits in SAP for all orders.Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notifies Project Managers of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provides input for optimizing resources. • Changes in delivery, invoicing plan, variation in orders to be updated in SAP. • Coordinates with and can finalize a revenue take up plan to Controller every month • Coordination with treasury to cover forex risk. • Invoicing for Projects, Stock reconciliation, processing on outbound errors & RMA’s.
