🎓 Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Engineering
Preferred: Master’s / MBA / PGD in Operations or Plant Management
✅ Requirements:
24-27 years of hands-on O&M experience in thermal power
8-10 years in senior leadership roles managing large teams and critical operations
