Job Description:
As part of the Global Services team in the compression business, provide technical support to Siemens Energy customers and internal team members.
Operational Service Desk team serves as the first point of contact for all support enquires related to SE Compressor products.
For each support request, quickly disposition it based on the vitality and level of technical support required.
Conduct the initial analysis based on available information and identify any additional information needed to provide the technical solution or recommendation.
Coordinate internally with domain experts to ensure all responses provided meet Siemens Energy standards of safety, compliance and quality.
Participate in and/or conduct process and design FMEA and RCA as a part of multi-functional team, as required.
Support reporting and monitoring of performance metrics by ensuring high responsiveness.
Analyze ticket data to identify patterns of most requested area of support by topic, fleet, customer, etc.
Constant engagement with the team to identify areas of improvement, cost out and standardization.
