Responsibilities:
Develop advanced predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions for equipment and process, test and deploy them in plants to resolve chronic issues or optimise operation.
Assemble large complex data set from various systems like data Historian, SAP, LIMS systems that meets functional and non-functional business requirement. Lead data acquisition and extraction, data management and apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques with open source advanced tools or licensed tool
Explore advanced technologies (like robotics and drone etc.) available in market, adopt in our environment to solve our manufacturing issues or improve our business and manufacturing process. If technology not readily available, co-develop with partners or vendors to suit our requirement
Adopt, deploy Industrial internet of things (IIoT). Incorporate connected sensors to our manufacturing process. Apply big data analytics.
Willing to continuously learn new technologies
Develop business case, coordinate with key stakeholders at sites for implementation & embedding of the new technology solution, coordinate with partner/vendor for project execution.
Address/resolve application related issues faced by internal customers, Translate usability and field implementation findings into design improvements.
Actively contribute in managing Knowledge Assets, Evaluate information gathered through workshops & surveys and incorporate in process description, Identify the competitive commercial solution for recommendation.
