Responsibilities:
Quality Documentation Management:
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive Quality Documentation for site operations, including Project Quality Plans, Field Quality Plans, Quality Checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), Risk Registers, and Quality Reports.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Inspection Reports for incoming materials, mechanical/electrical components, and construction processes.
Maintain Quality Training Records, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and other related documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Supplier/Vendor Quality Management:
Oversee the assessment and monitoring of supplier product quality, including KPI tracking and customer PPM (Parts Per Million).
Conduct regular supplier audits, and manage quality-related issues, collaborating with suppliers to drive corrective actions and process improvements.
Perform material inspections and ensure adherence to IS/IEC standards for various components used in construction and solar power projects.
Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions:
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for supplier quality issues and implement corrective actions to address product and process deficiencies.
Facilitate process improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams to eliminate quality deviations
