Job Description
To oversee all activities related to the Projects Management and coordinating the schedules.
To oversee all the planning activities, Data Management, Drawing coordination, overall budget preparations, Dashboard preparation and review.
Preparation of Construction schedule accordance with master construction plan and resources mobilization program for the project.
Highlighting the critical path activities in review’s and on day to day basis with all the project departments.
Preparation of Overall schedule for the project which includes, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Utility and integration of all up to Product release.
Preferably to have Civil experience in industrial projects.
Incorporation of Schedule of works/sub-contractors into Master schedule and absorb conformities to ensure all the programs/schedules are compliant with the project requirements through MSP(Microsoft Project) and Project management tools.
Technical support to field construction
Preparation of design data, design basis, design calculations and design instructions for projects.
Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
