Job Description:
Knowledge of on the ground Civil execution and proper co-ordination
Execution costing and scheduling knowledge
Knowledge of SAP and Software Packages
Roles & Responsibilities
Execution of residential projects.
Prepare the quantities of area (civil works)
Receiving drawings for project and preparing estimation for work, planning and
maintain the documents/records for the project
Review project works, quantities, costs, accuracy of specification, completeness.
Vendor management skills.
Preparation of Construction Schedule and delegation of works.
Monitoring reporting on the progress of work
Responsible for the overall quality of construction as per defined standards.
Responsible for Monthly Quality reports (MQRs)
Conduct periodic on-site meetings of vendors, contractors, labourers etc.
