Job Description:
Monitoring & maintenance of 132 kv switchyard & main receiving substation (MRSS) & all switch yard equipment and earth pits.
Maintenance of Line-1 & 2, 6.6 KV /440 Volts substations and load centres
Maintenance of Transformers/PCC/MCC/MPDB/MLDB/LT & HT VFDS, HT & LT Capacitor banks, DC Battery charger & battery banks
Power consumption monitoring with EMS and recording in SAP
Preparation of job list & spares for shutdown & preventive maintenance.
Maintenance of LT & HT breakers & maintaining of records in SAP
Recording of all the equipment’s maintenance activities with standard checklists.
Maintaining of critical spares with allotted budget
Maintenance of HT motors, LRS & GRR, Magnetic separators etc.
Maintenance of plant & FLY ash compressors.
Maintenance of earth pits in the plant as per schedule
Preparation of HIRA/SOP/SWP related E&I department time to time
Maintaining the electrical safety standard as per ABG group
Updating and following RCN and BCN related to electrical
Training the workmen on electrical safety
