Job Description:
Scheduled preventive maintenance Hydraulic, Electrical and Instrument maintenance of Wagon tippler. 2) Wagon tippler complete operation management. 3) Operation and maintenance manpower controlling. 4) DC controlling by rail line management and communications with railway and tally checker office. 5) Complete spare parts controlling of Electrical, Instrument and hydraulic equipment. 6) Ensure smooth operation of Wagon tippler for clinker/gypsum unloading to achieve their consumption target as per P & B.

1) Supervising, monitoring and controlling preventive maintenance and operation of Wagon tippler. 2) Assist superior to improve equipment life by quality of maintenance and spare parts availability. 3) Smooth operation/Dust spillage control by modification and Check list implementation.

Ensure that all safety precaution is strictly adhere as per standard during any PM/Corrective/breakdown job.
Follow all safety standards.
Smooth operation/Dust spillage control by modification and Check list
implementation
Check quality of filled check list and impact of the same
