Job Description: As a Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing activities for industrial projects. Your responsibilities will encompass both technical and managerial aspects, ensuring the successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets. Your expertise in building measurement, AutoCAD drawing preparation, team coordination, and compliance with industry standards will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Accurate Measurements:- Travel across India to various locations to take precise measurements of buildings.- Ensure readiness to travel extensively throughout India to fulfil measurement requirements.Built 2D Drawing Preparation:- Utilize AutoCAD software to create comprehensive as-built 2D drawings.- Develop detailed plans, elevations, and cross-sections of the building based on the collected measurements.Visual Documentation:- Capture clear and comprehensive photos and videos of the dealer shop premises.- Document all aspects of the building’s exterior and interior to supplement the measurement data.Dealer Shop Survey Checklist:- Complete the dealer shop survey checklist (Refer Annexure A) as part of the documentation process.- Ensure thoroughness and accuracy in filling out all required information in the checklist.Knowledge of IS Code:- Possess basic knowledge of relevant IS codes, which would be advantageous for the role.- Apply understanding of IS code regulations as applicable during the documentation process.
Requirements: Diploma/BE in Civil EngineeringHands-on experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software – 2D DesignKnowledge in Building MeasurementsLanguage’s Known: English, Tamil, Hindi– Add Weight-ages (If Known to Speak Telugu & Kannada)Experience in Years: 2+ Years.
