Job Description:
1. Lead Manufacturing team of workers on shop floor.
2. Lead continues improvement activities on shop floor and in products.
3. Coordinate with all stakeholders for on time delivery of the product.
4. Responsible for training of the workers and maintaining skill matrix of workers.
5 . Short Interval Meetings with all stakeholders.
6. Resource arrangement and allocation for Planning Horizon
Functional Competencies :
Understanding of Electrical Schemes
Technical Requirements of MV equipments
Soft Skills like SAP End user and MS office
Behavioural Competencies :
Collaborative in teams
