Responsibilities:
Understanding customer demands and expectations of products and services
2. Root cause analysis of inhouse & field failures and recommending solutions for quality issues e.g. PDCA, 5 why analysis, Kaizen
3. Reporting on the quality of products throughout all phases of production
4. New model development and ECN handling
5. Quality risk acessment i.e. PFMEA & Change part management
6. Preparation of internal quality standards DQM, MOS, WIS
7. Conducting inhouse process audits and taking actions for making process robust
8. Coordination with supporting departments for making quality product
9. Calibration of measuring equipment’s as per the required frequency
10. Staying up to date with new quality control techniques and methods
