Job Description:
Lead PQ activities for given projects by defining
 Understanding vehicle wide CMF definition from the Design office.
 Maintain appearance material master library.
 Apperarnce review on part level.
 Pre-texture and post texture reviews for injection molded parts.
 Craftsmanship reviews for Soft trims, wrapped parts etc.
 Drive Tier 1s and Tier2s to meet Perceived Quality Premiumization targets.
 Visit tool makers to ensure premium finishes.
 Organize and communicate development status, sample reviews, and highlight risks as needed, support quick problem solving, leveraging experience to propose new methods when possible
