Can handle multiple projects
Experience in the field of operation and maintenance
Having a keen experience in O&M of Various projects
Having hands-on experience in Preventive maintenance, Breakdown maintenance and predictive
Exposure in manpower management and customer management.
Thorough Knowledge in statutory requirement
Should have ability to train and build a strong reliability team
Should have good negotiations skills
Should have strong orientation towards continual improvement
Provide excellent customer service, efficient system operation and effective communication strategies.
Coordination with Client, HQ and various stack holders.
