Responsibilities:
Precast Installation Management:
Lead and supervise the installation of precast concrete elements on site, ensuring they meet project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations.
Manage the precast installation schedule, ensuring work is completed on time and in line with project milestones.
Oversee the coordination of logistics and materials for precast elements delivery and handling.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor installation teams, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting during installation.
Ensure adequate manpower is assigned for the timely and efficient installation of precast components.
Conduct regular site meetings with the installation team to assess progress and resolve issues.
