Responsibilities:
Interact with product management/project management, site leader and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.
Review requirements, specifications, user guide and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed and maintained.
Monitor and operate test machines which is used for testing customer products onsite: including machine assembly, calibration, Retrofit, Improvement, and maintenance.
Provide high quality technical support to customers, including fixing existing issue, preventing risks, installation, and training to users.
Conduct efficient and effective debugging on test machines.
Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.
Assist supervisor (site leader) in the creation of project status reports and metrics, prepare test plans, and schedules. Report common customer complaints to site leader to address the situation for future reference.
Repair small damage part onsite under the guidance of the repair center.
Provide technical guidance to junior-level test engineers and/or test technicians.
Provide construction ideas and technical support to the team.
