We have exciting opportunities for experienced professionals with 5-15 years of experience in the following positions:
1. Civil Structural / PEB Engineer
Preparation of BOQ
Detailed analysis, design, and drawings for structures
Preparation of DPRs, tenders
2. Electrical Engineer
Electrical system design, space planning, DBR
Preparation of electrical layouts, SLDs, and detailed engineering
Preparation of BOQ and cost estimation
3. Mechanical Engineer (HVAC)
HVAC system design, fire fighting systems design
Heat load calculation and tender preparation
Pump & AHU static calculation
Design of smoke management systems
4. Architect
Revit software skills
Detailed design and working drawing extraction
Civil & arch tenders, BOQ, and specifications
Experience working on building sector projects
Qualifications:
BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech in relevant engineering fields or B Arch/M Arch for architects.
5-15 years of relevant experience in the respective fields.
