Job Description:
Understanding and performing all mechanical durability component & vehicle level tests.
Handling measuring instruments like vernier calipers, dial gauges, inclinometers.
Operational skill in manufacturing/machining operations like cutting, welding, drilling & tapping.
Responsible for setting up test benches with pneumatic & hydraulic actuators for durability testing.
Responsible for proper usage of equipment/Instruments and machineries.
5S and Lab safety maintenance.
Working knowledge on MS Excel and Word.
Understanding on updating & maintaining lab documents, services & calibration activities.
Knowledge in CAD tool Solidworks and NX
