Job Description:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all production equipment
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in production equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
Implement upgrades and modifications to existing equipment to improve performance and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Prepare and submit maintenance reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
Conduct safety audits and ensure proper functioning of safety devices and equipment.
