Job Description:
RE will be reported to the SRE.
+ Act as Engineer’s Representative.
+ Coordinate with Client and Contractor.
+ Liaise with other Authorities.
+ Advise on contractual and construction matters.
+ Coordinate forward planning.
+ Generally, supervise, review, monitor and report on progress.
+ Convene and chair regular site meetings.
+ Coordinate and monitor activities of his team.
+ Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
+ Issue site instructions.
+ Give final approval to Works and arrange Handover.
+ Supervise Contractor’s works to achieve construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
+ Review Contractor’s Submissions.
+ Provide all necessary on-site direction.
+ Supervise site inspection staff.
+ Check measure of work done.
+ Observe site safety practices.
+ Advise on contractor’s resource allocation.
+ Ensure correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings.
+ Must comply with safety, health, and risk management requirements.
