Designing training tool kit for demos & product application
Conducting training for top contractors in key geographies
Analyzing the outcome, improvisation of the training module and replicating the success
Business Development
Connected closely with the top contractors
Assisting in site conversion by digital means and guiding the local team
Technical intervention at critical sites at pre-application stage for issue identification & resolution
Complaint Resolution
Handling escalation from Field Technical Team
Visiting critical sites and proving credibility as a subject matter expert
Brainstorming with R&D & implementing solutions
Tech Support
Query handling from all external & internal stakeholders
Vendor and new product – technical evaluation for category creation
