Job Description:
Daily Toolbox talk with contractual manpower for safety concern.
Raised work permit and get approval for planned, other assigned jobs and break down work.
Prepare real time PM10/20/30/00 order in SAP with all required information.
Assigned job to contractual manpower as per technical competency.
Brief maintenance SOP , Work Instruction , HIRAC , Aspect Impact and chemical MSDS for assigned JOB.
Ensure mechanical and electrical in the field before starting the site execution.
Supervision and technical assistance in job execution.
Ensure housekeeping after completion of work.
Review Task list and observations of job sheet of completed work.
Real time update the data in SAP for generated PM order and close with all required information.
Material consumption with respective function location and update the inventory in sub store.
CO-Ordinate with operation & Maintenance shift in charge for timely on and off the utility services.
Monitor the operational parameter of each utility system and operator log sheet.
Real time data update in SAP for all utility parameters.
Supervision of assigned third party job execution to ensure safety and work quality
RCA of repeated problem & incident with Corrective & Preventive Action Plan.
Safety initiative to minimize risk during daily routine Job.
Implementation of innovative idea for system and process improvement.
During shift and at the end of reporting to respective as per communication matrix.
Real time updating of shift log sheet with daily observations.
Co-ordination with Different stake Holders like, Operations, Safety, Store, Third Party Contracto
