Job Description:
Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements and overseeing their implementation
Classifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements. Working with HR Management to ensure that it is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed
Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams
Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential
Creating an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality. Coordinating with supplier and internal stake holders for production and testing activities
Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment. Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects
Understanding of health and safety regulations, ensuring health and safety codes are obeyed at all times
Completing quality assurance on all electrical components and projects, and writing up reports
Your background
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the production field from Industrial Motor industry
Exposure in coil winding, VPI, Motor testing and production activities
Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO 9001 will be added advantage
Excellent communication skills
