Responsibilities:
Discipline as per target to meet production from all equipment of pre and post Clinkerization as per requirement and satisfaction of internal customers.
Coordinate the challenging of implementation / execution of maintenance activities.
Execution of preventive & corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure periodic checking as per checklist.
Preparation for Shift Schedule preparation for.
Spare parts planning required in Mechanical shift.
Analysis of daily issue and its rectification plan in shift.
Planning of contractor jobs to be carried out and raise service work order accordingly.
Coordination and elimination of shift related issue to increase availability of Equipment
Identification, Planning, & implementation of small modifications for better equipment performance in shift.
Proper coordination with other departments.
Training to the workers through workers development programmers and onsite training programmers for skill upgradation.
Planning and procurement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast execution of jobs in shift.
Daily monitoring of equipment health and maintaining records as per checklist.
Maintaining proper housekeeping and following, good maintenance practices.
Discussion on chronic problems.
