Job Description:
1.BIM Coordination: ** – Lead and manage the overall BIM coordination efforts for the BLT Metro Project. – Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to facilitate effective communication and coordination through BIM.
2. **Model Management:** – Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards. – Implement and enforce BIM protocols to maintain consistency and quality in BIM deliverables.
3. **Quality Assurance:** – Conduct regular reviews of BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. – Implement quality assurance processes to identify and address discrepancies in BIM data and models
4. **Training and Support:** – Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools, processes, and best practices. – Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues.
5. **Project Integration:** – Collaborate with project managers to integrate BIM processes into the overall project workflow. – Work closely with design and construction teams to streamline information exchange and improve project efficiency.
