Responsibilities:
Basic Functions
a. Responsible for planning execution of Projects.
b. Monitoring of Projects and feedback to Reporting Manager and
Management.
c. Estimation of works.
d. Liaison with the Client and local authorities in connection with the work.
2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
a. Plan, co-ordinate and supervise technical aspects of construction projects.
b. Solve technical issues, provide advice, manage and prepare reports.
c. Carry out setting out, levelling and surveying of the site.
d. Checking of technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are
followed correctly.
e. Supervising contracted staff.
f. Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or
timescales.
g. Provide technical advice and solve problems on site.
h. Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork.
i. Ensure EHS norms are adhered to.
j. Preparation of cost estimates.
k. Ensure availability of appropriate materials and tools at site.
