Job Description:
Purpose of the position
This position will drive the Customer Service for his allotted region / customers. He will address all customer complaints across the business region. Responsible for providing onsite technical services for all types of Premium & Non- Premium branded gearboxes. This will be the customer serving role and is measured by the quality of customer feedback, recurring spare orders, and increased customer delight. Service Technician will increase spares sales according to annual business plan.

Admin reporting to Regional Head and functionally reporting to Head- Service

Qualification & Experience required
Qualification
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
Minimum 5 Years’ experience for Diploma and 8-10 years’ experience for ITI in Gear Box Service or similar Industrial Product Service
