Understand the Role and Responsibilities of Project Management Discipline:
Develop a clear understanding of the role played by the Project Management discipline and the associated responsibilities.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of the complete project management process, encompassing initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, along with an understanding of the project life cycle.
Familiarize with Project Schedule Preparation /Project Planning. Acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for preparing project schedules and developing robust project plans.
Understand Stakeholder Management and emphasize the importance of building and maintaining relationships with key project stakeholders.
Get overview on Procurement Management / Quality aspects for Project, Cost and Financials overview
Actively seek opportunities for professional development, such as attending training sessions or workshops.
