Job Description

ACTIVITIES

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Planning & Organizing Effective Electrical Maintenance

Authority: To execute the jobs safely and timely through the available man and material resources.

Execution of Planned Maintenance activities and timely attendance to Breakdowns

Preparation of FA/RCA reports & implementation of all recommendations.

Effective use of SAP system for various Maintenance & Spares procurement activities.

Compliance of PM orders in SAP

Establish Complaint management system for internal customers and ensure timely corrective actions for the complaints received.

Maintenance Systems & Practices
Follow SOP/SMPs (Standard Operating /Maintenance Procedures)

List of Spares required for Maintenance and take Procurement action for the same.

Execution of MOC / DPI (Capex Projects) in your respective area within the mutually agreed target dates.

Statutory compliance in the respective area.
Maintain availability of critical spares for electrical equipment and ensure equipment availability.

Maintain availability of critical equipment 99%.

Commissioning assistance and Shut down monitoring for timely completion

Financial Perspective
Adhere to Revenue & Capital Budget assigned for the Area.

Provide inputs and implement suggestions for Cost Control and Reduction in both Revenue and Capex budgets.

General innovative ideas which leads to cost saving measures.
Effective utilization of available resources.

Implementation of Energy Conservation measures

Participative Management For enhancing Economic efficiency of the organization to synergize the working of all team members.
To participate and contribute ideas which can be useful to the organization.
To prepare ideas in presentable form and easy understanding with clear cost calculations for easy evaluation to the Top management.

Sharing of day to day instructions on Manpower, Budget controlling, Safety observations and related activities.
Organization Development, Depth of Management, Learning & Growth of Self and Colleagues
Identify Strengths and Weaknesses of self and of Coworkers and identify training needs.

To assign jobs to the Coworkers as per their compatibility and give them on the job training

To Conduct and attend the knowledge sharing sessions.

To discuss and understand the Goal statements for working in line with organizational goals
