Job Description:
Performing suitability & performance testing in the states of Maharashtra, Gujrat & Karnataka for all the R&D project tractors.
Managing Akola test site.
Establishing endurance life of testing tractors.
Capturing failure mode & failure analysis
Creating pool of customers & dealers for customer feedback regarding testing tractors performance.
Coordinating with dealers & state teams.
Reviewing test results and generating test reports.
Work distribution to junior staff and monitoring the jobs.
