Responsibilities:
**Quality Assurance (QA):**
Develop and implement quality assurance plans for civil engineering aspects of solar projects.
Review project designs, specifications, and plans to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Conduct pre-construction site assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address quality concerns during the planning and design phases.
2. **Quality Control (QC):**
Perform regular inspections and audits of civil construction activities to verify compliance with approved plans and specifications.
Monitor construction materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet quality standards.
Document and report non-conformities, defects, and deviations from standards, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct testing and sampling of construction materials (concrete, steel, etc.) as per project requirements.
3. **Safety Compliance:**
Ensure that all civil construction activities adhere to relevant safety regulations and guidelines.
Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
Conduct safety inspections and audits to promote a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
