Responsibilities:
Conceptualization, Tendering and Procurement activities based on Companies laid down Contracts & Procurement Manual and as per the prevalent Delegation of Power.
Monitoring & Supervising all activities of Contract & Procurement Department like Tenders & Procedures/ Bidding and submission of Tenders. Uploading/ Submitting the Documents (General/ Technical/ Commercial) in the online platform.
Monitoring the proposals (Technical & Commercial). Preparing & filling E-Tenders. Bid Making. Follow-up with Government officials regarding Tender related works.
Technical assistance for updation/ amendment of C&P Manual in line with Vigilance guidelines/ instructions on case-to-case basis and promoter companies’ circulars received.
Establish strong vendor relationships, perform high-level negotiations, and manage the appointment of suppliers through comprehensive Invitation to Tender process and contract negotiations to ensure satisfaction of business requirements at the best possible terms.
Review all existing and new contracts and schedules to ensure they are fit for purpose, support existing contracts and are aligned to legal requirements
Technical & necessary support for finalization of Contract/works tender.
Review of proposal & technical guidance related to termination & holiday list.
Technical assistance for finalization of empanelment of vendors for all jobs related to City Gas Distribution (CGD) business. Conducting meeting for Vendor development for CGD business.
