Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in civil Engineering with strong experience in planning with not less than 10 years of experience in construction field.
Any professional qualification like PMP or PSP will be considered advantageous.
Job Description
Monitor the consultancy projects in coordination with the Project Managers for post-contract and pre-contract jobs.
Create, maintain, pre-contract design schedules and plans.
Review and administer Contractors schedules and plans.
Liaise with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
Present information for meetings and assist in preparing the MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
Produce tender plans to support bids.
Prepare monthly progress report for Pre & Post Contract Projects.
Responsible for getting updates & keeping the Risk Register. Also, continuously update the PM with any corrective action.
Maintain event records to prepare Extension of Time – EOT later on.
Advise on any feasible change in scope needing evaluation of resources, time, etc. and raise it to the concern.
Prepare presentable related S Curves like for Earned Value Analysis, analyze SPI-Schedule Performance Index, CPI-Cost Performance Indicators, Cost Variance, Schedule Variance, Progress Measurement System, etc., as per requirements.
Assist in the preparation of the invoices or review according to contractual project requirements.
Responsible for preparing & maintaining lessons learned throughout the whole project.
Estimate a timescale for a project and ensure that the outlined deadlines are met.
Work closely with Site Managers and other Engineers to ensure a project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient.
