Job Description:

Project Oversight: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Provide guidance and support to project teams for successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and industry trends to expand the company’s portfolio. Lead efforts in business development, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and securing new contracts.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide guidance on technical matters, project methodologies, and professional development.
Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting for projects and the overall company. Ensure effective cost control measures and maximize profitability.
