Job Description:
Knowledge of e-Reverse auction for Short Term Open Access power purchase.
Scheduling operation of Group Thermal plants as per IEGC in all scenarios (RSD, Forced outage, Transmission constraints).
Knowledge of Regulation CERC/ SERCs & MOP/ MNRE associate for open access Indian Electricity Market.
Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters regulations & optimize the opportunity for maximum gain under DSM on real times basis.
In-depth knowledge of DSM charges calculation of power plants as per regulations.
Verification of published DSM with respect to actual and scheduled data and escalate the issue to SLDC/RLDC in case of any discrepancy.
Verification of published REA/SEA with respect to actual and scheduled data and escalate the issue to SLDC/RLDC in case of any discrepancy.
Coordinate with NLDC, RLDCs, SLDCs, Discoms, Power Energy Exchanges, Industrial clients, internal & external for Trading & Scheduling operation as per requirements of business related.
Preparation daily generation reports, MIS, DSM analysis, Demand impact, Merchant sale, etc.
