Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering; or higher.
5-10 years Experience in mechanical.
Postgraduate/bachelor’s degree in Tool design and engineering is preferred.
Proven record of engineering analysis and design execution success min 8 years
Working knowledge of Change Management, Six Sigma and Design for Reliability processes
Demonstrated experience in applying engineering fundamentals to resolve complex product performance, root cause analysis, and quality resolution issues
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans while delivering financial goals
Knowledge of product cost structure
Expertise in manufacturing/ production processes (PBCA, Plastic Inj. Molding, Sheet Metal, Tooling ,Castings ,Forgings)
Exposure to LV Circuit Breakers and Switchgear; product design & development, quality, value engineering, costing of electrical.
Strong organization and analytical competencies
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence and drive change / results
Demonstrated high level of motivation and resourcefulness
Ability to work in stress conditions
Strong team player and willingness to provide support to other team design activities
Excellent interpersonal skill, and verbal written communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Working knowledge of CAD Software, costing Tools(aPriori) etc.
Travel up to 25% may be required
Good communication skills in English.
