Job Description:
Ensures that all aspects of projects are managed effectively and efficiently.
Tracking, updating, and monitoring of Project risks, and scheduling functions on projects.
Contact and support Project Controls and Scheduling individuals in role execution.
Demonstrable track record in the delivery of large multidisciplinary projects.
In-depth knowledge of project controls/ risk management procedures.
Project Risk Management knowledge and understanding Planning and Scheduling.
Technically proficient in all aspects of project controls I risk management such as QRA’s to manage Programme and Project(s) schedule & cost outturns, risk, workshops, planning, analysis and managing risk processes.
Ensuring and reviewing risk management compliance related to Projects.
Competently delivering any technical project control / risk management requirements.
Preparing risk assessment and mitigation plans.
Assisting with the development and the implementation of the Risk Management.
process as defined in the Project Risk Management Plan.
Maintaining and populate the IRMS (Integrated Risk Management System) database with risk related information.
Assisting in the production of the risk reporting documents.
Assisting in the building of the quantitative risk models to be developed on schedule.
Participating upon Senior Projects Control Manager request to attend the risk meetings organized on the project.
Working knowledge of Pertmaster, or Oracle Primavera Analysis.
Broad knowledge with Project Management
Maintaining and populate the IRMS (Integrated Risk – Management System) database with risk related information.
Assisting in the production of the risk reporting documents – Assist in the building of the quantitative risk models to be developed on schedule.
Participating in risk meetings.
Providing support to the Senior / Project Controls Manager where required on project control matters.
Providing regular progress reports.
