Job Description:
Receive and analyze customer inquiries related to products and services, collaborate with relevant departments to gather necessary information for inquiry processing and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Monitor tender portals for relevant opportunities, prepare and submit tender documents in adherence to deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams to compile necessary information for tender submissions.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and generate reports and insights from CRM data to support business development strategies.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and provide insights on market dynamics to contribute to strategic decision-making.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
Work closely with technical and sales teams to develop comprehensive proposals and ensure proposals align with client requirements and organizational capabilities.
Engage in negotiations with clients during the tender process and collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize contractual terms.
Actively seek new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking and attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads.
Maintain a systematic record of all communications, proposals, and tender-related documents and ensure compliance with document management protocols.
