Job Description:

Develop and update the maintenance strategy, supervise the plans for all assets in coordination with maintenance units in all Agencies and sectors
Manage the implementation of maintenance excellence journey and report the level of implementation periodically
Develop and update the maintenance and inspection policies to ensure the optimal management of assets lifecycle
Govern the corporate optimization maintenance cost to validate the value-for-money of assets.
Monitor the maintenance related risk to identify risk profiles of each asset and monitor the mitigation actions
Contribute to formulating, reviewing, and revising the asset management system
Monitor the implementation of the maintenance / inspection management solutions across the organization
Develop, update, and implement the maintenance and inspection maturity framework, and report the annual results of maintenance maturity level to the higher management
Develop and annually update the maintenance and inspection performance KPIs for all agencies & sectors and suggest maintenance management initiatives and projects to enable the achievement of these KPIs
Review all asset life extension studies received from all maintenance units, ensure their feasibility, validity and suggest improvement techniques to extend asset life
