Job Description:
BIM project management and coordination. Management of BIM manpower resources deployment for projects
Technical support to tendering and subletting
Cost planning and control on project BIM works
Managing to ensure that the execution of BIM works in projects are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications
Facilitate BIM training / coaching for in-house BIM team and in-house technical staffs
Management and supervision of Project BIM Teams operation
Research and implementation of applications of advanced BIM software technologies
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above in either Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Surveying or equivalent academic qualification
Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Building Information Modeling or CIC-Certified BIM Coordinator or equivalent professional qualification
HKIBIM Certified BIM Expert or Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in BIM in construction industry, within which at least 1 year should be in managerial level in a BIM Team
Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and building construction projects
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Good interpersonal skills, leadership skills and team management skills
Good communication skills with proactive and positive attitude
Good knowledge of BIM software
