Job Description:
Initiating improvement projects for customer complaints.
Legal compliance related to factory license & environmental.
Contract Management at CRC-West Mechanical.
Safety Standards, Improvement in SOPs, Mentoring of contractors)
Improve Equipment MTTR and reduce downtime (Planning and execution of major mechanical jobs, Implementation of modern maintenance practices, Usage of CCPM)
Improve Equipment Availability (Spares and resource management, Improvement in work execution, Involvement with Area Maint. in trouble shooting / RCFA/ CAPA, Implement DM, TPM, TQM, ISO, Utilize SAP PM/CRMIS)
Optimize maintenance cost Plan and control procurement of stores and spares to keep the inventory levels within target. Review of critical spare planning Identification and evaluation of vendors, periodic review of vendor’s performance and capability building as per the gaps identified.
Ensure people involvement in improvement activities (Suggestion management, Facilitating SGA / TPM Circles, Involvement in SIP / DMAIC/ DMADIC)
People development (Mentoring of subordinates / others, Training of people)
Compliance to MOU (Regular & Periodic review with customers to understand and meet their requirements)
Interaction with Procurement, Electrical, Operating units of CRC-W, external agencies, QA etc.
Safety – Drive Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) initiatives to achieve zero Fatality and limit LTI within the target. Ensure safety requirements like SOP-s, Positive isolation, adherence to standards are in place and being practiced. Plan, monitor and review performance of pollution control systems and equipment Identification of possible hazards/emergency situations and its mitigation plan. Periodic review of the preparedness for the same Facilitating the implementation of legal requirement monitoring system and its periodic review for the compliance
