Job Description:
Planning monthly and daily as per approved time line of the project. Implement construction schedule, work plan, and monitor day to day progress. Prepare progress updates and MIS for management reporting
Ability to develop and maintain different infrastructures like rest shelter, toilets, drinking waters, service water, canteen, road, communication system, quality system, structural buildings etc. at site prior to start of main construction work.
Construction with 100% Compliance. Drive Zero Harm & Health of employees during project execution. Development of risk matrix of all on going and upcoming civil & structural SOP and training of all contract workforce before start of job and during job execution based on needs identified. Planning and co-ordination with stakeholders for timely deliveries of services and materials at site.
Identification of needs arising during the project executions & escalation of issues for timely actions. Plan, Develop, Monitor and Ensure Execution of Capital Projects for FAMD.
Co-ordinate with vendor partners for defining construction plan & schedule.
Ensure timely mobilization of resources at site for project execution. Management of man, material & machine at site.
Making Risk analysis of site, Ensure implementation of SOPs, Quality assurance plan, Safety rules & standards at site.
Interface with customer department for resolution of day to day issues and ensure site work progress.
