Job Description:
Lead the COP function for E&I business, constituting of SBU Business – Power & Metal, Oil & Gas, Transmission & Distribution.
Drive operational excellence in Construction Management by implementing innovative techniques in construction and do checks & balances to reduce wastage of resources w.r.to industry benchmark.
Standardize the execution framework for Energy & Industrial Business in accordance with best practices.
Deliver the construction works within allocated time & cost.
Ensure Safety and Quality by providing proven engineered solutions for construction,
Standardize construction methods for various disciplines across the project,
Provide guidance & support to BD, SCM and Site construction.
Introduce new technology for improvement in quality, productivity, safety, and cost optimization,
Identify, assess & augment the database of Contractors.
Liaise with internal departments for matters pertaining to construction technology and business development,
Standardizing of rates for different executing methodologies.
Productivity & cost monitoring for manpower, Plant & Machineries,
Support the Project Execution team by augmenting resources to site, as required.
Knowledge on statutory and regulatory requirements,
Ensure compilation of project learnings and repository of data,
Identify skill gap and train / develop construction managers.
