Job Description:
Development of project plan and schedule
Create initial Budgeting for minor projects group
Coordination with functions like Operations and maintenance for project related activities
Interaction with external service providers
Conduct Performance monitoring and reporting of progress to management
Assist maintenance group for maintainability studies
Quality execution of project activities as per plan
Maintaining records and documentation for project management activities
Quality assurance of spares with tests and inspection records
Responsible for handing over successfully completed minor projects
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
Interaction with JEC/Engineering.
Interaction with Procurement group.
Maintaining IMS documents
Ensure compliance of CSM & quality assurance
Strict adherence to DEP’s.
Ensure timely completion of projects and reports, closure of transaction & quality in project execution
Ensure the project is contained within the approved budget.
