Job Description:
1
Vendor management.
Coordination with vendor on planning and movement.
Coordination with PMC and monitoring progress.
Keep control for material and manpower movement at site
Coordination with zones and DU vendors to facilitate zones for DU upgradation/replacement and make the RO automation compatible.

MIS & Reviews
Daily, weekly and monthly reviews on work progress/ MIS//status update/bottlenecks/lags and taking appropriate action to correct the lags.
Tracking call out to be given by PMC and work progress
Tracking works across the country ( for existing sites as well as new sites)
Conducting meetings and publishing MIS and keeping management updated always.
Raising flags in case of delay in planning/issues with workmanship/HSE/QAQC and monitoring for the corrections.

Processing of Payments Effectively
Processing bills for payment and keeping records of all payments/retention money/PBG

Coordination with Internal Team
Coordination with IT automation, HO /Ops/BD,PMC, corporate automation/apex team.
Coordinating with divisional and zonal teams for site readiness for new ROs as well as existing ROs.

Standardisation and misc
Ensuring Standardisation at all sites.
Any other activities as assigned by the company time to time in the interest of the business

Quality
Ensuring quality at site
Suggesting Site specific solutions.
Ensuring product quality/checks in consultation with the PMC/IT team.
7
Training of Support Staff
Site visits and training to field teams on automation and other related activities./
execution/HSE/QAQC/process/installation detailing
