Job Description:
1.Problem resolution through Application of 7 QC tools, 8D , DMAIC analysis , etc
2.Good knowledge of Automobile assembly & aggregate assembly process
3.MPPAP / APQP knowledge
4.Experience in motor manufacturing & Drive train assembly process
5.Preferred to have experience in Motor, drive train testing / Power Pack Assembly & testing
6.Knowledge in process troubleshooting and providing solutions
1.Planning and execution skills
2.Analytical Skils
3.Problem solving skills
4.Functional knowledge of Electrical system / Automobile system
5.Resource management ,Team building ,Training and Development of operators
6.Line balancing and single piece flow set up
7.Knowledge on Product and Industrial safety
8.Operator skill development and mutlitasking
