Job Description:
1. Expert in equipment maintenance of Electrical Infra (Transformer, DG, HT/LT 110/33/11/0.433 KV.) , Synch-panels, LT distribution panels, UPS.
Mechanical Infra – HVAC, Pumps & water treatment, RO. Fuel yard, Lifts and lifting tackles, Pressure vessels, Fire fighting. Exposure in critical drawings reading and trouble shooting.
2. Exposure to Best maintenance practices (TPM), Breakdown reduction, analysis and reports (Daily, Monthly, yearly)
3. Exposure in Statutory requirements like TNPCB, TNEB, Factory inspectors.
4. Exposure in Infra Projects – (Planning, detailing, BOQ generation, Estimation, Tendering, Execution, Effective coordination with design and execution team, Billing ).
5. Critical & General Spares management – Identifying the requirement, Planning, Budgeting, procurement process support, stores management.
6. Identifying the training needs of the team and on job training.
7. Good exposure in IBMS (Integrated Building Management System) – FAS, PAS, CCTV.
8. Capable to coordinate & support external service providers during events.
