Job Description:
Monitor and control engineering deliverables schedule as well as holds
Monitor and control execution quantities
Quickly identify issues and risks related to the engineering activities identifying and implementing the required mitigation actions Shared cross-functionally
Works closely with Project Manager Regularly on monitoring the performance and the status of the project engineering activities.
Interacts regularly with Project Procurement Manager and RCM to meet project timelines.
Provide inputs to the Project Manager in the evaluation of the project changes (evaluating their feasibility, identifying the technical solution to implement and identifying the required resources) including the ones that can require a change order (to be discussed with the Client) Key competencies – Functional Need to have
Technical Knowledge in relevant field (Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation)
Exposure to engineering management in an EPC organisation
Exposure to major client / PMC’s specifications and guidelines. Process Plants, offsite & utility areas for Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petro-Chemical / Fertilizer Sector Nice to have
Hands-on experience to Primavera / planning tools Regularly inform the Project Manager on the performance and the status of the project engineering activities.
