Job Description:
To carry out periodic, preventive & break down maintenance of various mechanical Equipment at site and
workshop area.
Monitoring & controlling of P&M stocks of spares related to all kinds of machinery as mentioned above in
coordination with store department.
Preparation of Plants production Report, MIS, Diesel Reconciliation & DPR report for higher management
on monthly/daily basis.
Monitoring & Controlling of High-speed diesel issued to all running machinery at site on daily & monthly
basis. plant safety, drivers’ safety, occupational safety, pollution control, environmental compliance
Responsible to attend breakdown faults of mechanical and electrical related in all machinery.
Root cause analysis of Vehicle / Machinery downtime & breakdown.
Trouble shooting, equipment parameter monitoring, spares & inventory management.
Erection and dismantling of Monkey Hoist Machines, Tower Crane and Batching Plant.
Complete management of manpower and equipment’s deployed on site
Documentation and process of time mobilization and de-mobilization of machinery and equipment.
Creating safety awareness and following safety aspects and rules.
Cross-verifying and Maintaining safety and time keeping for staff
